Spirituelle has selected Australia Post – Parcel Post for all orders within Australia. Delivery times depend on where you live so allow 2-8 business days for Capital cities and 6-21 business days for regional & remote areas.
All orders received before 2 pm (Queensland time) Monday, Wednesday and Friday are posted same day (barring the unforeseen). Orders placed on a Tuesday, Thursday, weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day. This includes those requiring Express post.

We ask that you please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Defective or damaged goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Once we receive your email we will send reply paid details for the return of the item.Once we receive and review your damaged item we will refund the original price of the goods plus any freight charges incurred.
Should you like a replacement we will post the item at no extra charge.
STORE CREDIT
Customer accounts can receive store credit when an item is returned. This credit can then be used to pay for future purchases. Customers will be offered the option to use the available credit during checkout.
Customers will need to enter the amount of credit they wish to use and click apply. If the order total is more than the available credit used, the balance will need to be paid using another available method, before checkout can be completed.
