To avoid change of size and returns in regard to incorrect sizing please check size charts with each of our styles.
When placing an order we are always happy to help in determining what will be the best size and fit for you!
* Please note the measurements in the size charts are for the garments so allow some extra room for comfort.

If you purchased an item at full price we will gladly process a refund or store credit.
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days of being delivered, must be in their original condition including tags and packaging.

If returned items have been worn or used, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. The items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your return is not suitable for a refund.

Return postage is at customers expense. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Spirituelle. Refunds will not be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
- Place a NEW order should you wish to purchase another size (This means you get the product quickly and hopefully while stock is available)

- Parcel Tracking is advisable
- Refunds are for product only and do not include any postage paid by the customer
- Once we receive returned items we will issue a refund
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
We are unable to offer refunds on sale items. Should your purchase be not suitable we can offer a "Store Credit". Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in a saleable unused and undamaged condition.

FAULTY ITEM/S
It is rare but sometimes garments maybe defective or damaged. We ask that you please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Images would be appreciated for us to identify the fault. We may request that the item/items be returned to our office.
* A reply paid address will be given with no freight charge. Should we be unable to replace your garment a refund will be issued.
Please note the cotton voile fabric of our slips is very soft and designed to be worn loose. If a garment is returned badly torn due to the size being too small we reserve the right not to refund.
