Orders & delivery

How will my order be delivered?

Spirituelle has selected Australia Post – Parcel Post for all orders within Australia. Delivery times depend on where you live so allow 2-8 business days for Capital cities and 6-21 business days for regional & remote areas.

All orders received before 2 pm (Queensland time) Monday, Wednesday and Friday are posted same day (barring the unforeseen). Orders placed on a Tuesday, Thursday, weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day. This includes those requiring Express post.

Tracking numbers are supplied for all orders.

Delivery?

WITHIN AUSTRALIA Spirituelle offers FREE Standard Delivery for orders OVER AUD $150.00 

*A Postage & Handling Charge of AUD $10.00 applies to orders under AUD $150.00

Please allow 4 - 10 business days for delivery and depends on where in Australia you live.For just AUD $12.00 Australian customers can opt for the Express Post option at Check Out. 

*Express Post Delivery will take 1–2 Business Days to major centres in Australia. If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post Network it may take an extra day or two

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you delivery internationally?

***International orders are sent with Australia Standard International Post .

Canada and USA customers can expect delivery to take around  8 - 14 business days! 

An Express Post option is available at Checkout. Express Post receives priority.

*Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

**All orders receive a Tracking Number

How can I track my international order?

Tracking numbers are emailed to customers on the day orders are posted.

Once you have your tracking number we highly recommend you track your order here Australia Post. and / or with your local postal service.

Once your order has left Australia it may be more accurate to track the item using the Postal tracking tool for your own country

InternationalWholesale Delivery is calculated by weight at checkout. Please Contact Us for further Wholesale information.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Visa & Mastercard (Through eWAY), Direct Deposit and Afterpay (Afterpay is available to Retail customers only)and Stripe

NEW TO PAYPAL?

Select Paypal at the checkout and log into Paypal or create a new account at the PayPal site. Personal information and credit card details are completely secure 

DIRECT DEPOSIT

You will find our bank details when you select direct deposit as a payment option. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received, which is usually 2 business days. Add these days to your postal delivery time. Products will be returned to stock if no payment received within 3 days.For a faster process we recommend using payment by Mastercard or VISA with eWAY®or PayPal.

Customers don’t have to leave our site, they don’t have to enter their card number for repeat purchases. eWAY® is proud to be the payment gateway of choice for over 13,000 businesses around the world. CURRENCY

Using the “Currency Switcher” (Top Left of page on PC only) product pricing can be switched between AUD, USD, GBP and EUR.**Please note that all transactions will be processed in AUD (Australian Dollars) when using Paypal or eWAY.

How do I know when you have received my payment?

Once your payment is received your order is automatically updated to the status ‘Processed’ and you receive email confirmation of this. Allow 2 business days for direct deposit with both Paypal and eWAY your payment is immediate.

How do I know when my order has been sent to me?

Once your order has been processed you will receive email confirmation that your order has been completed and shipped to you. A tracking number is included.

Returns

Returns & exchange

Spirituelle takes pride in customer satisfaction with products and services.All garments are quality controlled before they are dispatched. If there is a genuine manufacturing fault, we will exchange the garment or refund your money.

All exchange & returns

To avoid exchanges and returns in regard to incorrect sizing please check size charts with each of our styles.When placing an order we are always happy to help in determining what will be the best size and fit for you! * Please note the measurements in the size charts are for the garments so allow some extra room for comfort.Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order should you like to make a change to your purchase. 

ALL PRODUCTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE:

  • Returned within 30 Days
  • Be in a saleable condition. That is unused and undamaged

WHATEVER YOUR REQUIREMENTS MAY BE:

  • Exchanging for a different product or size
  • Returning for a refund or Credit :-

  • *Return postage is at the customers expense
  • Refunds are for product only and do not include any postage paid by the customer (ie on all orders under AUD AUD $200.00)
  • Once we receive returned items we will issue a credit card or paypal refund
  • If we think items have been worn or used, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange
Sale & clearance items

We are unable to offer refunds on sale items. Should your purchase be not suitable we can offer a "Store Credit". Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in a saleable unused and undamaged condition.Please first notify us by email   info@spirituelle.com.au including following details:

  • name
  • order no.
  • postal address and phone number 
  • reason for return

  • Refunds are for product only and do not include any postage paid by the customer (ie on all orders under AUD $200.00)
  • Once we receive returned items we will issue a store credit

Defective or damaged items

We ask that you please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Defective or damaged goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.Please first notify us by phone or send an email info@spirituelle.com.au including following details:

  • name
  • order no.
  • postal address and phone number 
  • Image or description of fault
  • Request for replacement or refund

Once we receive your email we will send reply paid details for the return of the item.Once we receive and review your damaged item we will refund the original price of the goods plus any freight charges incurred.Should you like a replacement we will post the item at no extra charge.

Store Credit

Customer accounts can receive store credit when an item is returned. This credit can then be used to pay for future purchases. Customers will be offered the option to use the available credit during checkout. Customers will need to enter the amount of credit they wish to use and click apply. If the order total is more than the available credit used, the balance will need to be paid using another available method, before checkout can be completed.Please Note:Customers will need to be logged in to view their available credit, and use it in checkout.

Images and colour

Whilst we make every effort to photograph our items accuratley and describe our products whith detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor, mobile phone or tablet will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise

Product Reviews

If you have time to leave feedback or a product review it would be much appreciated by not just us but by other customers also.  To leave a review simply head to the product /s you purchased and scroll down to the Review tab. Follow the instructions and leave a review. It will be seen for all to see within a day or two.

Out of stock? Get on the waiting list!

Wholesale Purchasing

Would you like to stock Spirituelle items in your shop? Please complete a "New Account" with as much business detail as possible.
