Exchange & Returns
To help avoid sizing issues, please check the size chart provided for each style before ordering. We’re always happy to assist with size and fit—simply contact us before placing your order.
Note: size chart measurements are for the garments themselves—allow extra room for comfort.
Change of Mind – Returns for Refund
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

· Reason for return
- Post the item(s) in original condition and packaging to:

Important:
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds apply to product only and exclude postage (on orders under AUD$100).
- Refunds will be processed to your credit card or PayPal once items are received in original condition.
- Worn or used items will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please place a new order through our website.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are for product only and exclude any postage paid by the customer.
Sale & Clearance Items
- Refunds are not available on sale or clearance items.
- If unsuitable, we can issue a Store Credit once the item is returned in original condition.
Follow the same steps as above for initiating a return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

- Description or photo of the fault
- Request for refund or replacement
Defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive and review your item, we will:
- Refund the original product price plus postage, OR
- Send a replacement at no extra charge.
