Welcome to the Spirituelle Wholesale Customer page!

 

When purchasing from Spirituelle you can purchase as little or as much as you like! We have had our own experience running a small boutique in regional Australia and fully appreciate the challenges of cash flow! We are happy to say that customers who do buy a sample range do come back to "top up" or increase the range.

  • Orders can be placed at any time of the day
  • You can start an order , leave it … and log back in at a later time to add to or send it.
  • View Previous orders
  • Place orders using a previous order
  • Too busy? You may consider having staff members create the order ready for you to sign off and pay?
  • There are no minimum quantities although, in Australia, orders under $300 are charged a $20 shipping and handling fee. Great for stock “Top Ups”!
  • For international Wholesale customers the site automatically calculates the shipping cost by weight of the garments. (In the Shopping Cart ensure the Shipping Calculator is set to your country and post / zip code in) * More International Customer information below
  • Once order is confirmed and stock committed payment is required. We are unable to hold stock.
  • The order is processed and sent as soon as it is paid

 

Registration

Please complete a "New Account" with as much business detail as possible.
Once registration is approved we will provide a log in to access the Spirituelle site.
Approval is usually next business day.

What payment methods do we accept for Wholesale Customers?

We do not accept PayPal for Wholesale transactions

 

International Customers

  • We suggest using a PC to enjoy the full functionality of the Spirituelle ordering process
  • Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) is Not charged to customers outside of Australia
  • Registered International Wholesale customers can process orders at any time. 
  • The site automatically calculates the shipping cost by weight of the garments.
  • Shipping is provided by Australia Post and a tracking number is provided.
  • The Checkout will ALWAYS be set to Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • We do not accept PayPal for Wholesale transactions
*ANY DUTY AND TAXES INCURRED IN THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU REQUIRE FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COUNTRIES TAXES AND DUTIES YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE DIRECTLY.
 
When logged in as a "Wholesale Customer" all wholesale prices are listed with GST excluded.
*Retail offers, Coupons and Discounts are not applicable to Wholesale customers. Please disregard any Retail offers or promotions seen on site.
 

Orders

Spirituelle requires payment prior to shipping. Stock will be dispatched once proof of payment has been received.
We do not reserve or hold stock without payment.
As we add to the range frequently our products are continually changing and we often carry a limited amount of stock in some of our styles.. including Sale items.
Immediate payment reserves your order.

  • AMX, Visa and MasterCard - All Available at Checkout
  • We do not accept PayPal for Wholesale transactions

How to Order?

All of our wholesale garments can be purchased on this website. We will confirm receipt of the order via email. Any difficulties then please contact us.

Delivery Time

Once payment is received we process and post the order either that day or the next business day.
Customers will be notified in the event of a stock shortage or unforeseen delay.

 

Shipping

Australia Post or Fastways unless otherwise specified.
Depending on location allow 3 - 10 business days.
International Orders are sent with Australia Post - Allow 10 Business Days
Customers are sent a tracking number for the order.

 

Is there a delivery charge?

In Australia delivery is FREE into store for a minimum order of $300 (ex GST). A small delivery fee applies for orders of less than $300 (ex GST).
International shipping charges will be automatically calculated by weight at Checkout.  

 

Stock Levels

We endeavour to always have a supply of Spirituelle cotton dress slips and camisoles. We will notify customers with Out Of Stocks and expected lead times.

 

Returns

* We require notification within 7 days upon receipt of order.

 

In the rare event of a fault being found in one of our garments please do the following:-

1. Email us with a description of the fault and include Style, colour & size of garment & your contact details including shipping address. An image of the fault would be really helpful. Please send the image by MMS to +61 (0) 412 278 488 or email to info@spirituelle.com.au
2. We will dispatch an identical garment via Australia Post with a Reply Paid envelope.
3. Upon receipt, utilising the Reply Paid satchel please return to us the faulty garment.

It is an offence under section 148 of the Trade Marks Act to knowingly or reckessly remove a registered trade mark from goods. Garnents purchased must be sold in the original condition with Spirituelle brand and care tags.

 

Use of Images

Stockist are welcome to use our high res images upon request . Please call or email for permission and let us know what you would like. Images copied direct from our website are not to be used as the images are too low resolution will not do justice to our products.
